Purple roots

A 2nd attempt at a closet grow with the Stealth Hydro bubbler system. The 1st attempt was perfect except late at identifying the male plants so whole crop was lost. Having problems with 2nd attempt. Growing Sweet God strain and an unknown strain. After 5 weeks of vegging and ready to start flowering, replaced the reservoir water and flushed the pots with ph balanced water also removed the water pump and added an additional air pump w/stone. Left the plants alone for 3 days with no nutrients from the day before starting 12/12, 24 hours of darkness and day after starting 12/12 (3 days). Then added half the recomended Stealth Hydro bloom nutrients to the water and 2 days later noticed purple roots where the roots exit the grow pots and return to white where the roots enter the water on the unknown strain only. The Sweet God strain is fine. Using well water with 7.5 ph and adjusting with sulfuric acid to maintain ph between 5.8 and 6.2. Top side both plants look beautiful.

1) Can the water pump be removed once the roots reach the reservoir water?

2) Does adding an extra air pump w/stone do any good?

3) Are the purple roots normal for a particular strain or is there a problem?

Purple pigments (root/leaf coloration) can develop from cool temperatures, this includes the roots. Take measurement of root and air temperatures, both during light and dark hours. In soil, it is usually 10° cooler than in air. Any signs of problems as a result of the purple roots?
I have had this happen and did not effect growth at all, not sure why they did it though, maybe one of the experts around here will know. hYD. PEROXIDE WILL CLEAN LIGHT-BROWN ROOTS, if it is root rot?? I'm new at this, keep searching/reading, u will find answers, gd luck
