Question on drying

Hello my babies are just about ready to be cut, dried, and stored. Normal I would hang them with brown bags over them but I was wondering if anyone things a food dehydrator would work. The one I would be using is from Ronco 5-tray capacity, Internal operating temperature of up to 133 °F.

Nothing beats a proper slow dry and cure. You can use a food dryer, oven, microwave, etc but the result will not be good. Patience.
