I've heard you can grow in perlite. You'll probably need some kind of hydro system though.

look up "hempy bucket" i think thats pretty much the easiest way to look after a plant.

Yes. Yes.

Some add up to 25% vermiculite to 75% perlite in order to keep the perlite from draining/drying too quickly and feed the mother-plant maintenance-level hydroponics nutrients.
