People are rallying at the state capitol Wednesday to legalize recreational marijuana.
While Representative Jeff Irwin a Democrat from Ann Arbor has already put forward a bill to decriminalize marijuana, those rallying say that isn't good enough for them.
They say if legislators don't get on board with legalizing cannabis, they will work to get a proposal on the ballot.
An anonymous donor has provided food, chips and water for those rallying.
While there are strong opinions on both sides of pot, coming up tonight on News Ten at 6 p.m. we'll look at the real impact legalizing the drug would have and where legislatures stand on the idea.
