I've seen one on ebay a couple months ago, looked pretty sweet to hit. Apart that, check out roor websites or local headshops I suppose.

My friend has a RooR hookah. The thing hits like a fucking tank, right to the dome. Im unnaware what site he got it from but I know he got it offline. I will ask him for the site and PM you any other details once I get the adress for the site. If you do come across one, make sure you get a bigger bowl. The bowl my buddy has can fit about an eigth at a time. He got it off a traditional hookah pipe and smehow fationed it to fit the RooR.
