Root worm?

Hi guys I've recently started growing in my tent I got blackjack auto growing kinda small for a week and a half.. my main concern is I put a seed in my soil pulled it out after more than a week and I seen root worms in my soil.? I don't know what can I do to get rid of them I actually bought two bags .

just to make things clear.....
is it soil or coco because they are very different
I would be very surprised to find worms in coco because it is completely inert

I put up a picture of the soils Greentree Ithaca blend that has coco coir in it

It has coconut in it I've heard root worms can find a way in there
