Wednesday, January 13th -- San Jose City Council Hearing on Dispensaries

On Wednesday, January 13th, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, the city of San Jose will once again consider an ordinance to regulate medical cannabis dispensaries. San Jose is one of the largest cities in California without an active dispensary ordinance, so passage of this bill could result in thousands of patients gaining local access to their medicine.

Silicon Valley ASA is attempting to fill the room with as many supporters as possible to show the city this is a critical issue that must be addressed now. Attendees will have an opportunity to make public comments and say that we want responsible regulations for dispensaries. Please come out and make your voice heard!

The Rules Committee of the San Jose City Council will hold a hearing to consider whether or not to move forward with an ordinance allowing medical cannabis dispensaries in San Jose. This is the third hearing on the issue, so committee members need to hear from patients that it is finally time to move forward and enact an ordinance.

Wednesday, January 13th
2:00 p. m. to 4:00 p. m. San Jose City Hall, Rooms W118-119, Rooms W118-119,
200 E. Santa Clara St
