Screwed Up Light Cycle

Ok so yesterday after reading about the 11/13 light cycle, I wanted to try it. My plants were on day 23 of flower, the light schedule has been on at 6 am off at 6 pm. My LED light has a built in timer so I changed that schedule to on at 6 am off at 5pm. The problem came in when I re-programed the light, it was 5:20 pm when I made the change. Needless to say the light didn't shut off last night because the change was made after 5pm. Anyway I didn't check them before I went to bed so I didn't discover that the light didn't shut off. So the plants got 24 hours of light. I shut the light off this morning at 6 am. I am planning on leaving it off until 6 am tomorrow so it will have been off 24 hours. Should I leave it off for the 24 hours so my lighting stays on the same schedule and what damage have I done?

Just put it back to the 12/12 or 11/13 if you want.

Nothing you can do but get back on schedule. You're only about 3 weeks into flower and as long as this has only happened once, I doubt it will have any profound effect.

Nothing that I can tell. I am starting to harvest them and they seem fat and happy with lots of resin! I see no difference between the same strain that was in a different tent that had no problems.

OK so I have sampled the produce from the F'd up light schedule and it appears there was no adverse effects.

I am sure the plant noticed and likely needs some time to switch to veg.
