Seed Stuck in limbo - Any advice?

I have germinated a seed expecting to have my new soil here - but it isn't here and it's ready to go.

I have rock-wool cubes and some potting soil with added fertilizer (John Innes). I also have an DIY aeroponic cloner with hydroton. I want to grow within BioBizz All-mix so I'm worried about repercussions from a rock-wool cube or shitty soil.
