seedling question

hi i have a seedlign question for you guys now i plant the seeds they come out and get 2 leaves (the 1st leaves it gets) then it starts growing im wondreing how far off the ground should tose 1st 2 round leaves be because my plants fall over after a bit like the stem is too long or mabe i jsut didnt bury the seeds deep enough ? would it help if i planted it deeper like after it starts to fall if i just dig out the durt and set the stem in deeper ?

Your first seed leaves should be an inch to two off the top of the soil. Keep your lights or light closer to seedlings to keep them from stretching. You can transplant and re-bury your seedling with some of the stock under the soil if you have to.
