Seedlings under 400w Roleadro COB - Is 24" a good height?

Hi everyone,

I have some freshly sprouted Casey Jones fem and Nirvana's Papaya fem under a 400watt Cob. I germ'd them in rapid rooters on Thursday (oct 27) and transplanted to 6" plastic pots yesterday (oct 30) with FFOF and 15% perlite. There was a nicely sized root poking out of the bottom of each one, as well as a single stem and leaves forming

I have this light hanging above them:
Roleadro HYG05-2X200W-W COB LED Grow Light Full Spectrum for Hydroponic Indoor Plant Veg & Bloom, 400W

How high do you think I should I have it? Right now it's at 24" but I'm wondering if that's too high. My humidity and temperature is on point, just trying to get lighting under control.

temp: 75-80F
humidity: 56-60%

I have that same light, also have a galaxy hydro 300w led in our 2'x4'x5' tent.
We keep our lights about 28"-30" from our seedlings.

I'm not by any means an expert or even a novice lol. I'm still a complete noob with only 2 grows under my belt.
So I could be totally wrong!
