Shriveling damaged leaves

Hi, i just got home after 2-3 days. I didnt water my plants under that time. I know noticed some damage on my plants, any ideas what it might be?

Growing in coco coir, using ghe floratrio at quarter strength. Under a 600w mh at about 45cm away.

Might be bugs eating from my leaves? I watered them greatly before i left.

How do i protect against these? I guess ill have to first identify what kind of bugs are infesting my grow tent? Then buy some kind of spray/trap?

Get some sticky traps, the big yellow ones.
And you can spray some Tweetmint on them which is totally natural non chemical.
Some silica in a foliar spray also helps, it makes the leaves more resistant to bug bites.
