Side lights

Hey guys, it seems I have a problem with my grow.
I had just recently bought two high intensity LED lights for the sides of my plant so it could grow outward and not up. But it seems my leaves are now drooping. Is this a problem or common with lighting from the sides?

Pictures? Are they over watered? Under watered? If you want them to grow outward and not up top them, or LST them ect. Manipulate the growth.

How old is it? A lot of the time with seedlings the early growth will die off. In that case why isn't that important if the new growth is healthy and not showing symptoms. If anything this seedlings looks as if it may be a little light deprived. What are you using for lights?

Two LED strips and one heat bulb slightly higher to not burn my leaves.
It's sort of rigged and this is more of a personal project than anything but I would hate to lose this much progress. I use that term loosely. It's at week 6 and from pictures of other people's progressions, my little guy isn't close to where it should be.
