someone please help on pinching and making the plant's shorter and bushy er

Hey guy's i read on some forum's on a differant site but didn't get much information. I dont want my plant's to tall prolly 2 feet is that possible. can i get some help on how to pinch plant's and were to do it and what it does. i will be growing outside.

You wanna do the scrog method.
Search the site for 'scrog'
look at the pics it's basicaly it. Your plant will extend sideways insted of up, kinda.

Ok thank's that is esay so prolly about 2 week's ill be able to do that cause i got a cheao light set up till put out side. So when u cut the two branches a shit load more muct form right. How high u think the plant will get from mid of april to september. ?
