So you mix that think with water and spray it with a foger ? Or you go around like hary poter and dust your plants ? Its sounds intresting the wat you explained.

You dry dust them, you can also sprinkle some on your soil.

Diatomaceous earth is a powder, and it becomes quite useless once you get it wet. Although if you put a very heavy layer or multiple layers, it can also harden to a crust and block water and air - so take care with it.
