Starting to grow

I want to start a few plants from seeds and i was wondering if anyone could give me some info on how to change the ph of water im giving to the plants. How important is it to check the ph of the soil? and any other general advice you guys can give me.



I'm hoping in the near future i can get some crops like some of you guys on here
