The faint sound played in his mind. Speeding and growing in volume as it broke into his subconsiounsness. Unable to find its mark, the heart of his mind. The trigger to reality.
He was a man without sight, without understanding. A manifestation of ignorance. His body spun in a mental whirlwind, confused but at the same time accepting of this surreal world. The sounds echoed in the distance. He barely noticed them at this point, but soon he would come to find that they would open all the doors. They would save him from himself.
The bringer of this sound knew all to well that if it was going to take it's effect on the man, it had to kick it up a notch. It had played this games many times before, it was always the same for the bringer of the sound.
The disconnection would begin. The man would be lost from this world he knew, he would remember nothing...
