Stunted plants

Hello everyone!
I have these plants 30-40 cm tall. They are 7 weeks old from germination. I think they are very small for 7 weeks.
Please tell me what do you think
It is a good ideea to transplant the plants from the pots into the soil?
The strains are: auto white russian and auto northen light

I use nutrients from Advanced Nutrients (PH Perfect)
The pots - 12 l

Please help

dont know much about ruderalis strains but they dont get big

Hi lia, nope they do not look too small for 7 weeks from germination. I subtract the 1st week after germination because they aren't really "vegging" at that first stage; they are seedlings for about one week in my book. After that they start vegging and I start counting. So by my count you are more at 6 weeks. And for 6 weeks you are doing fine. For 7 weeks you're fine too.
