Super Silver Haze Flowering Time Male/Female

Hi guys,

I got 4 seeds from a friend, he said that they were SSH fem.
I germinated them accidentally killed one, forgot to water it =s.
a month later I decided to move 2 of the plants outdoors. When I visited my plants one of them was covered in male pollen sacks and the other showed no signs of flowering.

So what I'm asking is: Do males flower earlier or were the seeds of different strain?
