Tie them down if you have the option. Supercropping in flowering may stunt their growth. It’s a high stress training which works better in veg.

For plants that are trying to overgrow their flowering space, I commonly supercrop all
limbs and fold them all back down on themselves to reduce height. Picture a spider bringing in its legs. I sometimes have to do this over and over again with some strains. By the time the plant is done the stretch period and truly into the flowering phase, you won’t need to do it anymore.
