Sweet Cheese Auto Root Issue

So while my cash crop is finishing up I decided to start a Sweet cheese by Sweet Seeds. Shes at 27 days and 24 inches tall and flowering. I have done tons of reading in the last few months on autoflowers and still read more everyday. Along the way I've ran into a lot conflicting ideas. I usually find one idea is more leaned toward and three gallon pots seem to be what a lot auto growers use. That's what I used but today I noticed roots coming out all the holes on the bottom of the pot. I kinda freaked and used a latex glove and extremely gently pushed them back in a bit. Ive got pics here but you really cant see what im talking about. Im sure one is the tap root. What can I do? Cant transplant in flower and shes in a hurry being a 60 day seed to harvest. All advice welcome.

I had the same problem/question a few days ago. I was told it's completely normal and the exposed roots will just turn brown and shrivel up. There are many more roots for it to survive on..

Sounds good. Thank you ill look for that thread.
