Switching from 400 hps to 1000 hps....

What changes will happen???????? Will it decrease the flowering period?
Or am i just going to look at yeild???

more heat, increase in electric bill the light will penetrate for more bud per plant its more of the ability to grow more plants per light the demands of the environment are greater because the formula is to balance the light to air to feed all should be increased as far as speeding up harvest that could be offset by the increased size of the plants, generally a smaller plant will rippen before a larger plant. there are to speeds, soil and soiless and everything is pheno influenced, everything......

i have the same question except with a twist. I am still in veg about to switch over. Should I put the 1000 on them before flower or start flower and then put the 1000 on them. Running them under a 400 also. I don't want to hijack your thread just wanted a little more information on the same topic. Thanks and good luck.
