T5 4-4lamp ventilation setup Help?

New grower

So I'm a little confused on how I should setup my ventilation in my grow tent.
Tent 4x4x6.5, I will be using a sun blaze 4-4 lamp vho....
Do I need to set up some kind of ventilation??
Can I just put a fan in and call it good?
Should I use some typ of filter? If so what kind.

Any tips or advice would be helpful.

You'll need an oscillating fan for air circulation and an exhaust fan to suck the heat out. I recommend running your grow lights in the PM and have them off in the AM.

Carbon filters are used to rid smell if that is something you need to control.
