T5: Use warm 3k bulbs during veg?

Does 3k add anything useful to veg (relative to the deficit of removing 6.5k tubes)? I tried it and the overall light looked dimmer to my naked eye. (I understand plants see more spectrum than humans do.).

If beneficial, at what ratio? (1 to 4 tubes? 2 to 4 tubes?).

While on the topic: do 6.5k tubes add anything beneficial during bloom? Should I go 100% 3k? (Or, what ratio of cool to warm?).

Thanks in advance

Everyone has their particular ratios for each stage but you should favor the higher K for vegetation and the lower K for flowering. I used approximately 50% 6400K and 50% 5000K during the vegging of my current grow, only because I couldn't find any higher K in smaller wattage CFL bulbs. I'm using 100% 2700K during flowering. The lumens are what matter, there should be at least 2,000 lumens/sq. ft. during vegetation and 3,000 lumens/sq. ft. during flowering. 50 watts/sq. ft. is also considered a minimum for growing indoors.
