Temperature is creeping up in my grow tent

i have three littel seedling 1 day sprouted. I put them in my grow tent under a t5 light and the temp is creeping up to 85 degrees and more. on my last try at this i think i over heated my plants and killed them. what temp is too high? i have to close the grow tent and i am sure the temp will climb

Im not going to say 85 is too hot for a plant. But it should be lower if you have the light really close to the plant.

Temps "should" be 70-80.F in the day time. 65-70.F at night.

Some people say 60-65.F is good temps for the day time, but i think thats too damn cold. I had my temps go down that low 1 time and my leaves started to droop and drop.
