Temperature problem

at the beginning sorry for my english
I have growbox 1.2 x 1.2 x 2.0m with 600W dual spectrum bulb on ballast, 2 fan 5'outtake and 4" intake, atami willma big 9 pots system
My problem is the temperature in the room, which is 9 C (48F) day and 5 C (41F)night.
it is possible to my plant will be grow?
When the lamp will be turned on will give the temperature 21 C (70F)?

At minimum it should be 65 ideally 70 lights off 78 lights on... I'm currently dealing with somewhat of same issue as we'll. Best of luck

Below 15 degrees celcius ... your plant will ....like hibernate.....stop functioning....see your plant as a simple grass root in your garden....when your bottom temp drops below 15 degrees celcius ....you wont need to mow your lawn.
