what is a good temp to help promote female from seed? im doing a 18/6 light cycle my temp with lights on is around 75 off around 60?

Actually there is a lot more then temp you can do to promote females from seeds. Ill just go over a few of em really quick.
Environmental factors start influencing sex when the seedling has three pairs of true leaves. Increasing the level of nitrogen makes more female plants. Lowering the potassium will encourage more females. Low temps also increase females, try getting it lower then 75F if you can. Higher humidity increases the number of female plants. More blue light increases the number of females. And fewer hours of daylight increases the number of females as well. I hope that helps. Green growing brother, peace.
