The City of Oceanside has sued North County Collective (NCC) a legal medical marijuana collective, alleging violations of its municipal and zoning codes as well as public nuisance laws.

Please come out and support NCC as they defend themselves in court on Wednesday 7/27/11 at 8:30 am in DPT 28 of the Vista Courthouse. That day, Lance Rogers, attorney for NCC will be requesting that Judge Earl Maas vacate the Temporary Restraining Order which shut down the Collective on Friday 7/15/11.

Your support is needed to show the Courts that NCC is not an illegal business but rather a meeting place for members of the Oceanside community who rely on the Collective for their medical cannabis.

Please come out and support Safe Access in Oceanside!

On Tuesday, the night before the hearing, join patients, advocates, and concerned citizens for the North County ASA Meeting where we will hear from representatives of the collective as well as discuss the North County Campaign for Safe Access. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 7-9pm at the Fish Joint 514 South Coast Hwy Oceanside, CA 92054 — (The meeting is held in the outside patio area in the back)
