Tips Of Leaves Yellowing-Browning And Curling Up

hi everyone, this is my first grow and there seems to be an issue with my plant
currently, i only place the plant under 2 cfl's 6000 kelvin around 3 inches away
ive been feeding it nutes every 3rd feeding (water, water, feed) using the flora series. I water when the medium is dry; i stick a finger in atleast an inch deep, because the top dries off rather quickly while the bottom remains moist
my grow medium consists of azomite, coco coir, and worm castings
my plant is a feminized purple haze (sativa dominannt)
any help would be appreciated

The main obvious issue is that you shouldn't be giving it any nutrient at this age. At least nothing more than extremely small and diluted doses.
Growing in coco you'll need to supplement it with cal mag. Though I don't think that issue will be rearing it's head quite yet. Mainly over fertilizing.

Nute burn. It is far too young to give it any nutes at all. I don't feed until they have a minimum of 6 or 8 sets and are 6-8" tall. Flush it with plain pH'd water and leave it alone.

For flushing, I would run 5 times as much water as the size of the container. ie a 1 gallon pot should be flushed with 5 gallons of water. I do it in a tub or sink. It can take a little while.
