Top Branch snapped when tying back.. what can I do?

Hello All,

We entered flowering stage 2 days ago and when I was tying my big plant down and it snapped and took most of the top of the plant with it. So I cut it off cleanly and am continuing the cycle.

Do you know if we can do anything with the part that snapped off? My camera is broken again so I cant send pictures but the stem or branch that broke off is pretty thick with a lot of leaves and other branches which grew off this line.

any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

That early into flower you should be able to use the top as a clone.

Clone it.
It is to late for your top but when they snap or get bent but don't rip away they can be propped back up and taped. Tie a string from the ceiling to the top, make a splint for the plant with two popsicle sticks and tape. In a few days to a week it should be healed up. When done intentionally this thing is called "supercropping"

Root it, clone it! And next time a stem or branch breaks off, try taping it back good and it will heal.

i agree w/frostybuds. just make a splint it will continue to grow...
