Transplanting nutrients

I have alaska start up 2-1-2 and im transplanting two plants. One is about 12 inches and the other is about 2 1/2 to 3 feet. both plants are out door and im moving them indoors. should i use the nutrients right after i transplant them? or when would i use it. i used the alaska fish fert 5-1-1 once like 2-3 weeks ago. any info will help so thanks to anyone one who has it.

when transplanting i would give a drop a gal superthrive. nutrients the plant can use instantly.
