trimming question

while in flowering and budding has begun, can trimming the leaves be done without hurting the plant. so that the thc strictly stays on the bud and not spread to the leaves. thanks.

First of all you cant stop the THC from not spreading. This is because the buds explode open and the THC are caught on the surronding leaves. It is bad to cut healthy leaves because they feed the buds. If leaves are getting in the way just tie them away, this is best technique.
hope this helps

???Exploding buds???
I've been growing pot for 40 years and have never had a bud explode.

THC is always present in MJ leaves, male or female, veg or flower.
During flowering more THC is produced by both the leaves and buds.

There are a lot of ways to get high off of leaves. Scuffing for kif, making honey oil, cooking, etc. And of course smoking.
Smoking the small, THC-laden leaves around the buds is an interesting experience. You get a different high than smoking pure bud.

Step away from the scissors! LOL... Your plants need those leaves to catch the light and make more THC... If you cut them off you are cutting off your plants solar panels.

If the leaves are blocking light to the budsites, then tuck them under the branches - but do not cut them off.

Peace
