Trying to dress for success

This is my first grow.

There's this little 2' x 2' patch of closet that's been looking very bare lately and I thought about adding some foliage to brighten things up. I've grown herbs and veggies before and the challenges of keeping a soil based plant in a closet have given rise to nightmares about fungus and insects and endless maintenance. So, while searching for another way, I happened on the confined space CFL project by the clown boys and thought "This is it!"

I've measured things out and put together a DWC bubbler system based on the knowledge I've gained from this wonderful community. Because of ventilation restrictions I've decided to use fluorescent lights. Please be kind.

Any feedback from you guys would be awesome. Am I missing anything?

The tub is going to be too small in my opinion. The larger the tub, the less variations that happen between nutrient changes, the less water you have to add, the less you will fight pH and water temp.

Insulate the tub also. Will help with water temps.

Look into SCROG which works well for small grows like this.

Otherwise good luck, and keep us up to date.
