Turning off fans with light times

I've been thinking, should I be turning off/ on the oscillating fan and exhaust fan with the light cycle?

You always want to keep air circulating inside the tent. RH tends to spike at lights off so you definitely want those fans running. The exhaust fan should always run(preferably with a temp controller) as you want an exchange of fresh air for the plants.
