just wondering if anyone can tell me fully how to grow outdoor herb.

put the seed in the soil with the pointy end up cover loosely with soil. water it a bit to let it settle. watch it grow and continue to water when the soil is dry. if you want add some fert. use tomato plant food i have always stayed away from mirecal grow

beautifull advice. its a seed, they grow naturally. just plant it and take it day by day.
