Under house/crawl space grow rooms?

Anyone have any experience or advice on growing in a crawl space under the house? I'm thinking about growing 8-12 clones down there...never grown before! :peace:
There is enough room to stand up and that's about it, before it slopes uphill and gets shorter. Width is prob about 10 feet long.

I've been reading other threads and trying to get an idea of what lights and all, will 2 400w lights be enough for that many plants?

Any advice is appreciated!
Thanks ;)

yeah that would prob work pretty good for that many plants.

What is the environment like ...dirt floor, good ventilation, well insulated etc?

Yep, the area has insulation throughout, there are 9 ventilation holes under there total (it is about 10-12 feet wide and 30 ft long, 3 vents on 3 sides) and the floor is concrete.
Do the vent holes need to be covered except for some to use with the fans and carbon filters?

I have read that constant fresh air is a must for a good grow environment, so then you just have to keep temps and humidity in the proper range...sounds like a nice grow area though.
