I need your help. While conforming to every aspect of Washington State's
medical marijuana laws, I was arrested for possesion and manufacture of
marijuana in Grays Harbor County. I need the following kinds of help.

1. Media pressure - Please help me get my story to sympathetic media

2. Political Pressure - If you can speak for an organization, please send a
polite letter to the prosecutor, on your letterhead, urging him to drop the
case. I've attached a letter from the Washington Hemp Education Network as
an example. The name and address of the prosecutor; H. Steward Meneffee,
102 W. Broadway Rm. 102, Montesano WA 98563

3. Financial(or Legal) Help - I was offered a deal (20 days in jail and
return of most my assets) back in early January. I have not broken any
laws! I refused to plead guilty to anything. This position has thus far
cost me nearly $7,000 in legal and medical expenses. I always thought if
you were innocent, you could be cleared by a jury. The prosecutor is
preparing a motion to prevent me from presenting my affirmative medical
defense on a very tenuous technicallity. I no longer have the resources to
continue this to trial, though I will, even if I have to defend myself. If
anybody knows where I can locate financial assistance and/or free legal
help, please let me know.

Below is a press release from the American Medical Marijuana Association. A
sample letter to the prosecutor is attached.

Thank You
