dothe watts of a buld and of diff kinds of bulds effect the grow of the plants ?

and what type of fixture can i use w/ hps?

yes it affectis them the more light u get the more bud u will get u should have i thinkn it is 50 watts for every sq foot of space u have.. and for the hps u have to buy a hps ballast to run the bulb

there is also a flouro buld that is especially made for plants and animals. It says that it promotes growth of indoor plants, would that be better or the hps?

Depending on your situation all kinds of lights can be better. HPS/MH offer high amounts of light and if you have the room/money they are sweet. Fluorescents are much more inexpensive, not as hot, but aren't as intense so if you have a small area I would use these. The only way you'll really find out is to just do it.

the bllast for the hps bulbs, do they sell that at local stores, cuase i been to homedepot and i didnt see anything
