A foliar spray wouldnt help with the heat issue, only make it worse. Since its so hot, during the peak sun hours the beads of waer from the spray will act like a magnifying glass, with the sun burning thrughthe leaves. And I wouldnt reccomend foliar feeding that much a day...nor a week, unless thats your only source for nutes.
