When do you throw in the towel

I started four seeds to germinate. Two of them already have. One has sprouted and is about three inches tall the other hasn't come out of the ground yet. The other two seeds have not even germinated yet. Total it's been about four to five days now. Should I just toss these seeds and move on?

Just so everyone knows I am using the paper towel method in a dvd case.

my seeds have always sprouted, using the paper towel method, within two days, but I've heard of it taking up to a week.

yes, you must be patient, I'm no expert but it could take longer to germinate depending on how old the seeds are. I use the same paper towel method I have had some that took about a week.
