when to add vegetation nutes to hydroponic system

Hey im a beginner to growing, i started my seeds in my hydro kit usung rockwool,and clay pebbles..my seedsvhave sprouted its been about a week,...my hydro kit came with some blue nutes,1 veg,1flowering....i jus wanted to kno when should i add my veg nutes And im using led lights which i have been keepin them on 24 hours

I wait until they develop the first set of "real" leaves, not the little rounded cotelydon leaves. Then I add veg nutes at 20-25% of the normal full growth strength mixture. I usually start them at 200-250ppm for 5-7 days before upping it to half strength for a few days, then finally full intended mixture strength. I say "intended" because if you follow the nute strengths recommended by the manufacturer, you'll overfeed and potentially damage the plant. I base everything on 800-850ppm as "my" full growth rate nutrient mix, vs 200-250ppm at the beginning. I use Technaflora BC nutes BTW.
