Hey 11 welcome to 
....I personally have grown with lots of soil mediums....and find that transplanting comes in stages....I transplant first from cube to 4"....at maybe 7 days of sprout.....then again at week 4 Into 1gal.....then again Into 3 gal during week 7.....that way she's all ready for the switch over......that's always worked best for me.....please don't veg with 1000w until they are mature enough for that kind of light.....keep using those flo's for a few weeks....I flower with 600 and veg 600MH after week 4.....hope this helps bro....WORD..
