When do employers tell you if you have to take a test? I had one phone interview and one in person interview. I thought I didn't get the job and started smoking again, a lot. Now they contacted me again and they want to offer me the job and have an orientation with HR. Do you think they would have told me by now if they were testing me? Am I in the clear or should I stop again? My bachelorette party is tomorrow night...I want to have a good time...But I think I would rather turn the job down than fail the test and get blackballed from my industry. I need this job. Ahhh
