They have been flowering for about 3 Months buh there not done they are just startinq to fill in && I dont want them to die on me
Not exactly
Once the flowers/buds start turning brown, she may die unless re-veggied.
Either way he have lost your crop once she gets to that point.
You need to check the color of the trichromes:

I had 2 WW's side by side and one finished in 8 weeks the other 11.5. If you've been flowering for 3 months something is wrong if she is just starting to fill out. Any light leaks during the 12 hour dark period?

It all depends on how dank you want her to be
There is a small window to harvest at peak ripeness. Too early or too late and the effects diminish. Within that window you can harvest for more of a heady buzz or a couch lock stone. But thats about as much control over it as you get.

This may be a little of subject kinda and maybe kinda a crazy question but is it possible to grow without using dirt or soil at all...like just keeping your roots in like a water bottle with black tape covering it so the roots dont get light but the rest of the plant does?
