Yellowing lower leaves

Growing in soil four plants in a ten gallon tub on the fifth node lower leaves are turning yellow. The nutrients drain fast through the soil, could it be a nitrogen deficiency. Sorry no picture

What is your feeding/watering regimen?
Are you indoors or outdoors?
Are they photo or auto plants?

Plants are six weeks, watering every two day, indoor growing. Growing from unknown seeds. After two days soil is dry about 2 inches down. Soil is moist 6 inches down.
