Help - NL auto going yellow

After my first feed of dyna grow my NL ( which is already stunted) has gone yellowand looks burnt, its around 6 weeks old not looking good atm is there still hope ?
I filled up a 2L milk bottle and added 2.5mls of dyna grow and split it between a couple plants...
