Help! My Jack Herer is sick

Please help me identify what might be happening with this plant. It is looking like a mini plant compared to my other strains, and showing signs of intraveinal necrosis. Some Leaf stems are turning purple, too.

Hopeful someone here might know the issue and solution. Thanks in advance.

This is an RDWC. PH is targeted at 5.8, running nutes at 1300 microsiemens.

What are your reservoir temps? How often are you changing it out?

How do the roots look? Slimey? Smell?

How are you checking pH? When was the last time the meter was calibrated?
