Auto white widow pest question

Here's my auto white widow, pretty sure at week 7. I think it's being eating by aphids slowly, I have holes all over and some leaves are chewed like this.

Can someone tell me if this is aphids?

Aphids look like little dots, like sesame seeds, and they suck the plant sugars rather than chew. Indoor or outdoor?

This is outdoor. Since then it's died down a tad, still seeing a few of the little bugs here and there abit on one plant mostly
