Look at my signature. I own 3 Mars. I have been using them for about 2 years. I've already resolved my problem with Mars. It just happened to be an unnecessarily long and excruciating process. That is why, I came here and took a big dump in the middle of this thread. They deserve it.

So, I ordered some stuff from Mars and they never sent it. They took my money and emailed me 20 times over the span of two months. Guess what? I got nothing. Don't bother trying to fix it. I've had enough. I'm finished with Mars. All of the components of an LED light can be ordered elsewhere...
How long do these warranties take? I've been emailing for 11 days now and I don't think my replacement LED's have even shipped yet. I could have just bought the diodes on Ebay, instead of wasting a week and a half emailing back and forth.
I'm being helped by "Jennifer."

Poor water watering practices. You have a small plant in a large pot. That's alright. Generally, it's best to start small and increase pot size. In any case, you need to water the pot to complete saturation; no dry spots. Because, its a small plant in a big pot. the soil will stay wet for a long...
