I'm going to be making edibles next week with Coconut oil and had a question. I planned on doing a water wash for a week before hand (soak in water at room temperature and filter daily) Should I decarboxylate before or after I do a week long water-wash?

Hmm. I have none to test now but your info helps alot. How long did you boil it for? I understand THC's flash point is ~300 and water boils at 212, but is thc lost due to heat at all? Light?
